two columns of table are written into one

Hello, I am not getting desired output with camelot, my pdf have total 9 tables, when I extracted data from first table, the data is being extracted wrong for last two columns , second last column being empty in output.csv file and this column being merged to output of 6th column, please fix this issue.
I am attaching Input PDF here & first table output as well, Please have a look & fix this issue.
