A better search and search result mechanism from usability front

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, the search can only be done on API name however it's not granted a person will know the keyword from the API name in order to find what he is looking for. The ideal way of search should be based on

1. API Name
2. Contributor
3. Description
4. Tags

Also, the search result should be rendered in a more appropriate way

Describe alternatives you've considered
Search with any established smart component like algolia
