NavBar is not visible when phone is in dark mode

When phone is in dark mode,navbar is not visible at home page.

I think this is indeed an issue, as dark theme is growing on people as an option. Meanwhile you might fix this for yourself by playing with the navicon parameters at Header.css (in case you are asking for help, not just reporting an issue).

I'm new at this, so maybe @th3c0d3br34ker will easily find a fix for the problem.
