It would be nice to be able to specify a minimum width. With extremely small images, I get a lightbox that indeed shows the image, but the title/footer is outside of the lightbox.

+1 for this issue, lightbox is broken with images of small size. @ashleydw

I gave up on this and created a simple but functional BS4+JQ lightbox snippet: https://gist.github.com/joho1968/4b86e638f9967d95ec43780277fb3d58
