Next features of Aseprite v1.3.x

This issue is just to keep track of features we'd like to see in the following v1.3.x versions (not specific dates/milestones, but we should be working on these):

• Add possibility to link/import external tilesets to share tilesets between files (part of Tilemap editor feature #977, probably Identify tilesets in other way (UUID?) #3877 is required)
• Make all elements on screen dockable/movable/resizable #518
• More brush shapes and patterns #175
• New move/select tool to better arrange cels/transformation of bounds/skew (related to New state to manipulate selection/shapes/two points tool #1847)
• Slice tool #721
• Textbox tool #28

Some features to give more priority:

• Audio support (for lip syncing) #70
• Mask Layers + Transparent Pixel Lock #459

Would it be possible to include guide lines (at 120º) to be able to draw sprites in isometric perspective? Thanks
