Generate TS error description in attest when comparing types

Currently, if you compare two very long types, it can be hard to parse visually the error describing their differences, which just relies on string comparison.

This would add a TS diagnostic string to the typescript.json data so that if a comparison failed we can use that in addition to the string diff.
