Enhancement summary

Add the support to validate the STUN client details. The source and public address with port.

Which component of AVD is impacted

eos_validate_state

Use case example

As we have the WAN feature in eos cli gen and eos design so having validation of STUN in validate state will add advantage

Add new ANTA testcase in AVD for stun client.
