Unable to start Arduino IDE 1.8.19.0.

When starting arduino_debug.exe - it sticks at Starting...

Since Log4J is removed, i cannot get any better logs.

Here is a MS NetworkMonitor log

It seems like the IDE needs internet access to a certain Amazon webserver? And TLS seems to fail on this connection.

It seems like the problem is that processing or Arduino somehow is trying to access \server.a.domain..net\USER$

Since that takes hours to search, the Arduino application does not open.

Do anyone know why arduino is trying to open a SMB share that doesn't exist?
