README specifies comparing string values case insensitive here but this attribute doesn't exists in package. I'm assuming that publishing to nuget failed details.

Confirmed as of 1/19/2024 that 7.0.0 lacks it but 8.0.0 contains it. I installed Ardalis.SmartEnum version 7.0.0 and don't see a reference to any attributes in that file (including SmartEnumStringComparerAttribute):
