Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I change the keys of a table (keeping the name the same), a new table is created and the old table is deleted 馃槺
Describe the solution you'd like
I understand that changing the keys in a table is essentially telling CloudFormation, "this is a new table". But I'd like the deploy to fail instead of potential data loss.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I thought about documentation, but I don't think that's enough when data is at stake.
Additional context or notes
I can't be certain, but I think this might be a new behavior in CloudFormation. I have not researched it.
