Adding All GHSA ECO Systems To Trivy DB #239

Hi,
From what I can see here https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-db/blob/main/pkg/vulnsrc/ghsa/ghsa.go
you don't have support for Go, Erlang, Rust.
Can you please add these ecosystems in order to get their security data from GHSA?

We use OSV for Golang. I guess OSV covers more. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
We're working on Rust now.
