Teaclave platform supports four different roles: DataOwner, DataOwnerManger, FuntionOwer, and PlatformAdmin. Different roles have different permissions The current functional testing only one role: PlatformAdmin. We need to add other types of clients in the future.

Besides, the PlatformAdmin is too privileged. It can access almost everything without owning the resource.

And, a user with the same name is registered multiple times and the failure is ignored.
