It would be nice to have an option to require certain versions of terraform-docs or tflint to prevent that users are using older/newer versions and creating different README.md files for example.

Also, the version 0.17.0 of tflint treats the variable validation feature of Terraform 0.13 as an experimental feature, when it is now a core feature. Upgrading to tflint 0.19.0 (brew upgrade tflint) fixed that issue.

Version nomination for is essential as we need a way to let the rest of the dev team know about changes.

You can use Docker installation for now.
