Добавить возможность указать ссылку, по которой автоматом будут, с нужной периодичностью, подгружаться правила туннелирования. По ссылке будет лежать тот же файл экспорта настроек туннелирования.
А еще лучше брать эту ссылку из настроек сервера vpn://
