Quest 3 Controllers are random get "disconnect" for few seconds (hand tracking switch)

Description

I noticed in ALVR after some minutes of playing in VRCHAT my controllers get unresponsive and hands are tracked for like 5-10 seconds, it happen like each hour, and in both controller. this happen only with ALVR and not using oculus link. i am using ALVR with wired USB setup and quest 3
