C:\Ruby27-x64\bin>gem install aliyunsdkcore
ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'aliyunsdkcore' (>= 0), here is why:
Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - timed out (https://rubygems.org/specs.4.8.gz)

换 wsl 吧。windows 不适合开发 ruby
