版本：V2.3.0
网关和手机APP连接到同一个路由器下，此时APP通过服务器可以控制网关下的设备，当我将路由器的网络断开后，过来一段时间，app上显示"已离线，但您任可以控制局域网内的本地设备"，我点击一个设备进入控制界面，操作后，网关设备没有收到操作指令，设备无法控制。
断网的情况下，APP到底能否实现局域网控制设备？如果可以需要启动那个选项？

可以的，请问下 SDK的 ALCS相关的功能在menuconfig中有打开嘛？
