Freeze on startup with blank white screen - Windows 11

Version: alacritty 0.13.1 (fe2a3c5)

Description

Tried installing with the installer, tried the portable version and also tried building manually but always get the same issue, as soon as I start it up, the Alacritty window comes up with a blank white screen and the whole window itself is unresponsive, have to go into task manager to end the task.

One other thing that I have tried is using a previous version of Alacritty - Version 0.12.3 (5efb069) which actually does the same thing but gives me an error message
