Horizontal sortable not working properly if list items have dynamic width #279

What is the current behavior?
If you drag item with smaller with on item with larger width, it consider later as target item
What is the expected behavior?
It should work with dynamic width elements.
Please tell us about your environment:
Window 10
Node 8.X
npm 6.5.0

Angular version: 7.0.1
Browser: [all | Chrome XX | Firefox XX | IE XX | Safari XX | Mobile Chrome XX | Android X.X Web Browser | iOS XX Safari | iOS XX UIWebView | iOS XX WKWebView ]
