I wrote a small script based on this discussion zsh function with fzf for zsh. Place this in your .zshrc and by typing Alt-Z a fzf window appears and you can select your dir based on the zoxide query list, in which you change into after pressing Enter.
# use zoxide fzf-change-zoxide () {
local dir
print -rNC1 -- $(zoxide query --list)|
fzf --read0 --print0 |
IFS= read -rd '' dir &&cd -- $dir&&
zle -I
}
zle -N fzf-change-zoxide
bindkey '^[z' fzf-change-zoxide
