add query strings for db into a single file, and add helper to generate boilerplate and standardized segments for simplifying test structures

todo:

  • private/public userID helper
    • implement
    • usernames
  • insert VIP user helper
  • insert segments sponsorTimes helper
    • videoID generator
    • UUID generator
    • auto-generate with quantity
  • insert lockCategory helper

individual function checklist kept in private spreadsheet
