Yes, I consider it a problem, since the service currently has many limitations.

I have seen other projects that offer much more flexibility, but have the disadvantage of being closed source. https://formsubmit.co/documentation
It would be nice to add all this to the project.
On the other hand, I have commented on it here #32 , but I think it would be good to remove google recaptcha and alternatively use "wehatecaptchas".
