Using 1.3.0, we're not seeing onOutsideClick fire on iOS 10, iOS 11, or iOS 12 in Safari.
It works on iOS 13.

Can you please fix it for iOS 10-12?

I'd be happy to review a PR that fixed it - a PR with a failing test case in iOS 10-12 would also be helpful.
