I have created 4 files here. *Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen.csv*: This is the main data output file *Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen_SQL*: This is the SQL query used to generate the csv file from RACEBASE *Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen.R*: This is the SQL query imbedded in an R script *Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen_GAP_PRODUCTS*: This is the SQL query that generates a similar csv file using GAP_PRODUCTS tables The SQL script that queries RACEBASE tables generates a csv file in exactly the format you requested. The query of the GAP_PRODUCTS tables has slightly different field names, and a few fields (e.g., audit columns) do not exist in the GAP_PRODUCTS tables, so the format of the csv will be a little different, but it will include the same data. Please let me know if the information in the csv file matches your expectations. Duane
