Move to AGPL

I want to switch to AGPL, not that it matters for the project, it's more a statement. I am currently moving all code I can to AGPL, because of recent events in the "cloud".

I will even archive this project just after switching, so it is actually only a cosmetic change, but still it's a statement and will maybe show up in some statistic.

Please answer in that issue whether you agree or not.
