[BUG]: Hubspot - "Contact owner" dropdown fails to populate when adding a contact owner

Describe the bug
Related #3445. You can choose the "Contact owner" field, which is a special field in Hubspot but it fails to populate.

To Reproduce
Create a new Hubspot connection
Add a new Hubspot piece.
Choose Create Contact action
From the "Properties" multi-select choose "Contact owner"
Confirm that the Contact Owner dropdown is empty.

Expected behavior
Should should a list of users from Hubspot
