SQL Server Temporal Tables and EF Core 6

Once ABP is on .NET 6 - I recommend we replace current History Tables and use 'SQL Server Temporal Tables and EF Core 6'

Since it will be 'out-of-box' with .net6.0 I feel it would make sense to use it and reduce the heavy lifting done presently by the ABP framework.
