can not create a full back up: Error libnbd was compiled without libxml2 support

Describe the bug
When I tried to create a full backup with the following command:
sudo virtnbdbackup -d ubuntu_mail -l full -o /home/addc/backup/ubuntumail/

The backup stops and throws the following error:

this is an issue with your libnbd version installed:

Unable to connect nbd server: nbd_connect_uri: libnbd was compiled without libxml2 support, so we do not support NBD URI: Operation not supported (ENOTSUP)]]

you need to check your libnbd installation, and if self compiled, compile with libxml2 support.
