isPromise(value any) -> boolean

Determine if a value is a Promise by checking for its .then function.

console.log(
  isPromise('hey'),
) // false

console.log(
  isPromise({ then() {} }),
) // true

console.log(
  isPromise(Promise.resolve(1)),
) // true
