HORUSEC-CLI in GITLAB CI/CD to receive analysis report in HORUSEC-PLATFORM in Docker Desktop

What happened:
Horusec Start was run in Gitlab CI/CD analysis report was not received by Horusec-Platform running in a container in local docker desktop.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
run CI/CD with a security check job with horusec start command.
