ConfZ strict mode #10

It might be helpful to have a strict mode setting in confz, which imposes additional restrictions on config sources loading, like:

Do not allow overwriting config parameters from later sources in the config sources list
Do not allow unused config parameters, e.g. if a file defines an attribute which is then not used by the config class
