Free and fully decentralized Domain name system with Peer Message plugin for all zites

Using peer message and six .zero .zn etc ending we can create one fully decentralized DNS provider which is every zite can give free DNS name. users.json file can be used to identify the user and allow it to edit his domains, subdomains. It would never expire and it's free. All zite can get this way a free domain name and subdomains. It would be important for this service do not use any centralized another DNS. All DNS services like Name.YO, Zeroname are all centralized.
