Why Grenoble stats are so empty ? #164

We are more than 10 now at Grenoble. I vote every mounth and the stats are empty. How people are affected to a city ?

Hi Jules! Agencies are pulled from the "establishment" field of Alibeez, which does not have the Grenoble agency. Your Alibeez profile says Lyon.

This is the second time that this problem comes up (see #154). I will see what I can do.

Maybe mailing lists could be a better source?

The more I think about this and the more I think the current approach is too rigid. The concept of agency is somewhat fluid, the definition changes depending on who you ask. I think the app should reflect this flexibility. Users should probably have a bunch of free-form tags (or key-value pairs) that are copied to their votes, and then votes can be filtered arbitrarily using those tags. This way we could imagine having both Alibeez establishments and mailing list agencies. We could also have people in multiple agencies at once (which can totally happen with mailing lists and I'm sure it is already the case). Even the manager could be one of the tags.
