类似 vue-cli 的功能。支持远程初始化指定的配置文件。

目前不支持，如果你们的配置文件与默认的差别比较大，可以考虑自定义插件的方式来覆盖默认的配置文件，指定远程配置文件的方式可以考虑在以后的版本支持
