Why do you need this feature?

The new WCT 8.0 has been released.

Suggest an implementation

Incompatible items:

  • AdaptiveGridView has been replaced by UniformGridLayout for ItemsRepeater.
  • StaggeredPanel API has been updated (used on NewsPage)
  • The notification helpers in the Toolkit have migrated to the Windows App SDK, see their documentation here to get started. (used in LaunchService.cs)
  • MarkDownTextBlock is unavailable in the new WCT. A new version is under development in WCT Labs.
  • ColorPicker is in PR for the new WCT.

Notification Helpers 将在 JumpListService 的重构中一起更新
MarkDownTextBlock、ColorPicker还在等待 WCT 的进一步更新
