C++ exceptions are not supported #463

I just ran into the lack of C++ exceptions again; in this instance with:

assimp
jsoncpp
yaml-cpp
boost/filesystem
FLANN
qhull

I was pretty sure that @thrimbor had worked on it before, and it seems he's still actively working on it: https://github.com/thrimbor/nxdk/tree/cpp_exceptions

Just leaving this here as information + as reminder about existing work, just in case it does not land upstream for some reason.
