添加HeaderView之后加载更多有问题 #375

当添加了头部之后，再向上加载更多会触发两次onloadmore 界面最后一个item会向下然后新的数据在中间显示这样就出现了两个加载更多之前最后的那个item然后随着滑动那个重复的item消失

如果不添加header加载更多一切正常请问这是怎么回事
