大写字母文件格式支持 #285

一般用，相机、无人机等设备导出的文件，文件名会是大写的，如 JPG，PNG，WEBP 等。picx 似乎不支持此类文件名。希望能够对此进行兼容或将其转化为小写格式的文件名。
