After discussion with Forest in the IPNS-Link Public room, we've come up with a better replacement for Using acronyms everywhere hurts readability and is unnecessary for the docs, in places like code where a shorter terms is needed we can use |

Right now, the IPNS address associated with the Origin's IPNS record is called the Key Identifier (KID), however, this term doesn't clearly define what "Key" it's referring to. So, what about other terms?
KID - Key Identifier | Current term, it's vague in what "Key" it's referring to,
key.ipns.gateway.tld
andkid.ipns.gateway.tld
look very similar.OID - Origin Identifier | Clear link to Origin, not as nice to pronounce,
key.ipns.gateway.tld
andoid.ipns.gateway.tld
are easier to distinguish.OKID - Origin Key Identifier | Slightly nicer to pronounce than OID, clarifies it's the Origin's key's identifier, it's one character longer.Unnecessary given OriginID (see below).Feel free to suggest other terms, this change isn't time sensitive and is just to make the documentation easier to parse on the difference between
kid.ipns.gateway.tld
(Origin record) andkey.ipns.gateway.tld
(IPNS record).Update: OriginID/OID is now the new term!
