Adoption of the agenda

JF seconds.

Discussion on status of the Working Draft.

Limin will do a few pull requests.

Derek & Brad haven't looked in detail.

Confirm next meeting date + time.

Brad will put an item on next time's agenda to propose dropping the APAC time.

Next meeting is April 3, 9am PST.

Handing of agenda for in person meeting.

Brad added spec sections + people's names on the area they're expected to moderate.

JF talked to block chain folks who will present.

Brad spoke today to Rodrigo from Mono who will present on their GC/managed objects needs.
