FIX: mv filetypes.haskel filetypes.haskell

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install geany-dark-scheme
2. Reload configuration
3. Open a Haskell source file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see new theme, but old theme still displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I love these "by the book" bug reports :D

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect it to be fixed. Isn't fixed.

Did you try opening another type of source file? Unfortunately I'm not sure
many of the themes support Haskell.

@son.of.j.., this theme is intended for Haskell files! And simply fixing the
name solves the problem.
