Additional information / Дополнительная информация

When I try to start the goodbyedpi service, I get this error and there is no filtering. "Opening filter
Filter activated, GoodbyeDPI is now running!" but unfortunately it doesn't work. I had this situation after downloading CodeBlocks, it was also using mingw. could it be related to this?

@ydbilgin check if WinDivert64.sys, WinDivert.sys, and WinDivert.dll are still present in the folder with GoodbyeDPI's binaries.
Possibly the same issue as this.

i have all of them. i can run with goodbyedpi.exe , its working on browser(chrome/opera etc) but not working on windows itself. it only works a very small part of the day. I definitely can't start it as a service. I used to use it as a service and update it from russia-blacklist.
