available Providers and models in GUI

The usable providers and models are static content in the index.html. Can't we make both more efficient by generating them with the result from /g4f/active_providers.py?

I've been thinking about it, it's a more reasonable approach.

Do we need some code cleanup? get_working_providers.py wants active_providers.py, active_providers.py wants ChatCompletion but ChatCompletion is not present? ChatCompletion seems to be a part of OpenAI code.
