I did a virustoal scan of the latest version and it was detected as a trojan. Is this a false positive or has anyone else had this issue?

Obviously a false positive, if virus total was lighting up like a Christmas tree then that's when you can be worried. But seeing as only 1 out of 60 is detecting something and it's by a company I never heard of I think you be just fine.

Oh and also the fact that you can literally look at the plugin source code yourself and also confirm it's not any threat also confirms this, like the source code is all here, on this GitHub, maybe take a look for yourself if you are that worried.

Also virus total is terrible as it uses some "interesting companies" which tend to mark a lot of things as false positives (less reputable brands tend to do it alot with VT). As long as your windows defender isn't going crazy generally your fine.

I also just uploaded the latest version myself and I have no detentions, which is a consistent theme with VT where one person will get a false positive but others won't.

I had no idea virustotal was so inconsistent. Thank you for the detailed explanation, I really appreciate the advice.

I do not know which code was identified as a Trojan.
