error creating docker file: #410

Describe the bug
when doing docker build, I get this message:

GPG error: http://snapshots.ros.org/melodic/final/ubuntu bionic InRelease: The following signatures were invalid: EXPKEYSIG AD19BAB3CBF125EA ROS Spanshot builder [email protected]

I expect it to work?

Unity Version: doesn't matter.
Unity machine OS + version: Windows 11, latest today
ROS machine OS + version: Ubuntu, but not really working yet
ROS–Unity communication: Docker Desktop 4.25.2
Branch or version: [e.g. v0.2.0]
