Capture Checked Box

We're using PDFPig to process PDF forms and have had great success pulling text off of documents. We now have a form that has an 'X' in a box to indicate a selection from a group of choices. The 'X' isn't coming through in page.Letters. Can anyone suggest a way to tell which of these boxes contains the 'X'?

Can you check the PDF Form object? https://github.com/UglyToad/PdfPig?tab=readme-ov-file#forms-0010 If it's not in there the X is probably constructed as either an image or paths which would make this harder.
