ReviewState column is not appearing in GDS

I don't see ReviewState column in GDS data fields. Am I missing some step?

I tried a new GDS report and new connection, but still ReviewState column is not there. I only see __system/submissionDate and __system/submitterName fields. Rest all the fields are the ones from the forms.

By the way, I am using the connector in GDS plugins. When you commit here, does the GDS one get updated instantly, or after some time?

I don't think it'll be automatically updated -- you might want to try creating your own deployment using the updated code that I pushed. There are instructions for that under "For Developers" in the connector guide. It shouldn't be too tricky since you're not making any changes for yourself -- just follow the instructions and make sure you're using the legacy editor before you try to make a deployment. There should be a button in the top-right to switch to the legacy editor when you're viewing the code in Google Apps Script. You can ignore the step to fork the repository -- just copy and paste the code into the specified files straight from the src/ folder in this repo.
