I found this patch long long time ago, i am sure on current state it can be exploited, measures needs to be taken to stop people to click release while combat with boss is in progress. (we can do that already because the lk fight)

I have a patch file based on the latest TC Custom Core 335 change, ready for travis ci if you wish to create a branch. I included a return false if 5 people or more is in the instance as you specified in discord earlier today with a announcement module and conf. Ping me in discord when the branch is ready.
