Add support for Epsilla vector db #1374

Right now, SuperAGI supports a list of vector dbs, such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.

Epsilla is an open source vector db with a cloud offering.

Can we add support for Epsilla? If yes, I am happy to make a PR and contribute the code changes.
