conda fails to create environment from yml

Most probably, it fails because the YAML includes platform-specific build constraints, which makes it harder to transfer across platforms.
Some suggested solutions:

1. Omit the build info from the environment definition export:
   conda env export -n ssl -f environment.yml --no-builds

2. Export only what Conda refers to as explicit specifications.:
   conda env export -n ssl -f environment.yml --from-history
